A journey of Grace and Truth

A therapeutic and spiritual tool designed to accompany processes of self-knowledge, emotional restoration and growing self-love. Inspired by the integration of soul, body and spirit, this symbolic journey invites you to walk with grace, pause with truth and move forward with hope. Through deep questions, creative activities and reflections, you explore your story, reconnect with your worth and discover what God is doing in you.

The three dimensions of ACE

ACE stands for three fundamental dimensions that work together in the process of restoration. Each one has its own cards.

The board

The board

It is a map with an infinity-shaped path: it has a starting point, each participant chooses which way to go, and it has no end.

It represents that our journey through life is a continuous path.

The board

The stones

The stones represent “the load” we arrive with: a decision we have not been able to make, or a situation that keeps us “stuck” on our journey.

That load is presented as an open question.

The board

The die

On this journey the die is not an element of chance: it represents each participant’s pace.

Sometimes it will be slow, other times it will be fast.

The board

The compass

The compass and the compass rose represent God’s guidance for the journey.

Space 1

Here everyone chooses their direction

The journey begins at the center, where the infinity crosses itself. From this space, each person decides which way to walk.

Further on, some cards change the course: some give you what you could not earn, others stop you to look at what weighs on you.

Dimension 1 / 3

Soul

Connect with your inner world.

Emotions, identity, inner wounds.

It reflects the emotional, inner and deepest dimension of who we are. It invites you to explore wounds, beliefs, identity, desires, fears, relationships, shame or memories that need to be looked at.

These cards invite you to look within. They touch on emotions, wounds, repeating thoughts, personal identity, close relationships or stories that need to be healed or given new meaning.

Dimension 2 / 3

Body

Honor your physical temple.

Rest, rhythm, self-care.

It relates to the pace of life, rest, boundaries, physical health, energy, tiredness and self-care.

These cards help you reconnect with your body as an ally of the emotional and spiritual process. They invite you to notice physical sensations, the need for rest, boundaries, your own rhythm and practices of whole-person care. They remind us that the body says what the mouth keeps quiet, and often holds keys the mind cannot yet name.

Dimension 3 / 3

Spirit

Reconnect with God and your purpose.

Faith, hope, connection with God.

It connects with faith, grace, truth, the relationship with God and the deep hope that holds the soul.

These cards invite us to open our hearts to the presence of God. They are designed to spark spiritual connection, encourage inner listening, strengthen faith and remember who we are in God’s eyes. They remind us that we do not walk alone: Jesus is the one who guides this journey.

A card that changes the course

Block

Recognize the obstacles you need to surrender.

It symbolizes an obstacle, an inner or outer resistance, a moment when the path stops. You do not move on until you look at, listen to or work through what that space represents. It is a pause with a purpose.

  • Shadow: things that are hard to see, unresolved wounds, defense mechanisms.
  • Tear: held-back emotion, unexpressed grief, deep vulnerability.
  • Renewal: not everything broken is lost; this card offers a way out by embracing what you lived with love.

Grace

Receive what you could not earn on your own.

It is a stop along the way to receive something that was not “earned” but given: relief, comfort or unexpected light. It does not mean moving forward but resting in the goodness of God. It can bring comfort after a hard moment, or a free blessing.

  • Light: a revealed truth, a word that clarifies, something that brings what was hidden into the light.
  • Change: an invitation to see something from another perspective, change course or choose differently.
  • Grace: a reminder that God’s love does not depend on our effort.

Grace upon Grace

When God works beyond what you expected.

This space appears at the far ends of the board, beside the river that flows beneath the path. It represents a divine intervention that breaks in with power and tenderness.

It does not ask a question; it declares a promise: a phrase rooted in the Word that reminds us God not only restores, He blesses beyond what we expected. Even after a mistake, exhaustion or a step back, He is still there.

“Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine.”

Isaiah 43:1

It is not a contest to win or prove anything. It is a sacred pause to stop, listen and let God work in you, restoring your life with His love.

What is it for?

  • Finding inner clarity.
  • Practicing listening without judgment.
  • Healing your self-esteem and self-love.
  • Discovering healing as an ongoing process.

Why “Mapa”?

Because every soul has its own path. Mapa ACE offers clues, pauses and questions to trace that personal journey with freedom, compassion and honesty, seeking the direction of the Holy Spirit.

Modern Applied Psychology

The MAP structure (Modern Applied Psychology) brings together emotional intelligence, transformational coaching, cognitive restructuring and mindfulness practices.

Mapa ACE accompanies personal and spiritual processes; it does not replace professional psychological or medical care.

What a session looks like

  1. Your coordinator opens the session and shares a code with you.
  2. You join from your phone with that code and your name.
  3. You roll the die and walk the path. When you land on a space, a card comes up.
  4. You answer out loud, write, or stay in silence. Nobody wins: everyone moves at their own pace.
  5. The Grace upon Grace card closes the journey with a promise.
